11:00 am - Registration opens, lunch served, contests and games begin.
1:30 pm - Golf begins with a shotgun start.
6:00 pm - Dinner, drinks, awards, silent auction, and entertainment.

Raincheck & Cancellation Policy:
In the event of severe weather or unforseen acts of God, the event will be rescheduled
for a later date and participants will be notified. If a participant needs to withdraw
from from attending the outing they will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation
fee prior to one full week from the date of the event. There will be no return on
cancellations less than one week prior to the event.
